buffing all the channel ? help

Hi i work as a gm on a episode 1 Last Chaos
i have commande to buff someone for exemple this is one : /applyskill 537 2
but idk how to buff all the chanel .
it's work only with one char i write
/applyskill 537 2 [GM]ME
and it's work only for one :/ .
can i have all the command to buff all the characters on the channel ??
