Added Farming Tools (knife, hammer, energy collector) to the Cash NPC

Reduced the movespeed of the flag carrier to 6.0
Mounts are now usable inside of Dungeons
Added the following titles:
- Raid Boss Conqueror (Drop from Raid Bosses - 3 days duration)
- Curse of Iris (Weekly Quest Reward - 7 days duration)
- Victory (Capture the Flag Quest Reward - 1 day duration)

Monster changes
Hand of Guard does now drop Silver Booster

Item changes
Light of Odin Dual Sword is now tradable

Increased Magic Defense of Defense Howling

Guild changes
Guild leaving penalty was changed from 48h to 24h
You can now leave a guild immediately when you're joining a guild
Weekend leaving penalty is unchanged

Bossdinger sind generell gefährlich. Man braucht dafür paar Leute, aber wenn dann die großen Checker kommen und dich killen o.ä. dann macht das Spiel auf Dauer keinen Spaß.
Dann kriegen nur die großen Spieler die Bosse und dadurch werden sie nur noch stärker.

Nur eine Anmerkung, weil ich das zumindest so sehen würde.
(ich spiele hier ned yo)

Stattdessen wäre Altar/Hexaeder eher interessant, wobei man da die Rate niedriger setzen muss, aber wäre logischer vom Spielfaktor.
