now we have the hardcore server, where the max cast is 50% so no matter how much ping, see if you like it.

New Juno.
New DG Spectral:
You must have at least Lv.175 and 200 iLevel to enter.
iLevel is the sum of the level + upgrade of your equipped gear and wings.
New Spectral Sets / Weapons Lv.185.
New Daily Quests:
Upon entering DG Spectral and you receive one of 15 Random 1 quests per day.
Added System to Change the Race of the Character.
Added System to Change the Class of Sets and Weapons 185, maintaining upgrade and Seals.
New Spectral Rune used to upgrade 185 items.
You can make a Spectral Rune in Alkemist using 185 + 0 equipment.
Premium character from Lv.176 or more now receives weekly and special event items directly to the inventory.
It is no longer possible to use Teleport Premium in pvp areas, wars and GM characters.
Change in the Skills Cast-up system to 100% PvE and 50% PvP.
Change in the Medicines reuse from 10s to 30s.
It is now possible to create C2 set of Ex-Rogue and Archmage sets Lv.1.
