You do not need hamachi, Centos 6.10 or VMware to do that.

I've never set up a windows root myself, but you probably have to make the ports accessible for the outside, get xampp for the database for example, and the files to run the server. Maybe there are some settings you have to adjust, but there will probably be people responding to this here who have more experience with windows server.
It probably won't be much different since thats at least how I run my local Windows files, accessible just for myself.
