It would be great if it was only up to lvl 90 or 120 while .. then with the time to go giving more levels.

i agree start with lv 90 cap and go slowly till 120 and finaly 165...
Customize Laca with Tokens and Keys ( Moonstones too ? )
like most servers do, but add there the cash items.
So at least there will start a Market with trades ( for example stealer, pbi , tickets , adrenaline etc. )
For a possible stable server we need a Market - and to have that we need Items to trade.
If u add most iitems on NPC thats trash !
>> make them dropable or put all in Laca/ MSS but add enough options to get them.
I love that Special Laca Rewards where u get 1 out of 10 random Rewards.
( >> but not as Jackpot in Laca - like 2nd Price. )
a Good Placement for the Prices could be:
1st 5
2nd 30
3rd 150
4rd 200
5th 300
Good Chances to get "better" Prices and if 1 gets the Jackpot ( 5 Chances to get that ) it Resets and thats perfect in priv. servers ! )
Monster Combo Loot needs to get better x 5 by Box ? ( at least x 4 )
Just some little Stuff to make the Game more enjoyable !

We will not have:
Npc itemshop
Buff Npc
is like original
we have also make the rate good for gold , sp , and exp (is not easy )
no chaos
no fusion
no jewels nothing
only mcs combo, and normal jewel from WorldBoss official or Ring from ItemShop
the main focus gameplay are the time to levelup and the pvp
we don't like player levelup max level in 1 days is not the right way to do a stable server
so it will be hard and appreciate leveling everyday getting better than other etc ...
we love also players farm monsters to drop armors,weapons rare, or trash ... trade with other players or use for yourself

Hi, I do not think those rates are competition against the current serves but I wish you luck, it's your time and your money.

About MC, maybe make 20 coins per box so we dont have to multiclient with 8 chars all the time to get max coins? Maybe restrict entrance to party leader only so its farmable with 1 char completely.
If youre gonna make moonstones or lacaball useful, maybe change personal dungeon quests so ppl can do these quests for moonstone, hs, maybe even platinum refining stone rewards, tokens or something, just so server has something on his own.
As for start Id agree with some players above saying that it would be better to cap it at 90 at the moment then expand cap little by little.
Maybe change skills only for classes like tk or elementalist (lets say you learn shield schop lvl 1 at 32, lvl 2 and 50, lvl 3 at 80 and so on, or for ele lets say thunder and stone pillar at 38, 60..you get the point), as on original they arent playable comparing to any other class. Maybe it would bring up some players to play them from the start.
If you increase cap slower, step by step, it would also make ppl farm 85 sets, then lets say 105-107, then 125 one etc. That also brings the market up.
Maybe disable some things at start like healer 155 set option from pastor (decay), silence xbow, NS 100% heal at 140? This will come up at some point anyway.
About upgrade, 60% success without breaking or with a change to break it?
If leveling is slow, then it maybe wouldnt be bad to give players chance to complete the iris book?
To avoid new players being plvled you can also level restrict certain maps.
Maybe, besides MC make accs from raid bosses (ToK, RoD, SoS and so on) with some improved stats, so they are little better than normal 93x2 for example but still weaker than 93x3 or 93x2 with 56x2 eva?
All in all there are a lot of ideas but ppl are too mainstream these days xD

I agree with TK and Ele , Combo as solo Dungeon, and with Iris book, even tough im pretty sure you will be able to complete it anyways if you really wanted to.
All those other things are just not worth it.
One thing i would like is that the Combo Acc's won't have cooldown reduction on them. Why? Unless there is no 100% cooldown it would completley destroy the way of leveling in my opinion. There shouldn't be level 60 Knights with 100 % cooldown reduction because it simply makes it way to easy for them to level up in places where they shouldn't be.
And i hope you keep the Server at least as basic as possible. Titles like "Look at me i got hitrate LUL", "me n00b hahah =))" are just dumb and just seeing those things would make puke and not even get me to play a Server. (Examples -> Secret Desire, Royal and so on)
There are ways to do make 'good' titles, Asgard did a great job when it comes to this.
Some more informations to Server would be great. Things like Cooldown Reduction,they way how to leveling (If Quests are totally useless or maybe even good to gain some exp), if non cash players have a chance to get some cash items except for buying them on the market all those kind of things.

yes of course player wich are level 1-100+ will have 0 cooldown reduction to avoid bad gameplay leveling and so fast

Did you remove the skill cooldown from combo acc's? On EP 4 they have 60 % cooldown reduction.
Edit: Zorro Cover as Skill Cooldown reduction as well.
Second Edit: The Cooldown seals of every thing is increased as well as far as im concerned. Like those Helmets would actually have 40 %, Pants maybe have 15-20%, never looked into it that much. I hope you've thought about that.
