Got an concept, for a server.
Hey of course I will not tell you guys right away the concept, I am looking for someone who actually can put my concept into action. I've been looking lately for a server which isn't too easy or too hard, well all of them have crazy amount of rates or don't look like LastChaos anymore, more like an new game with no aestatics, I want to create an server that will guarantee success and enjoyable gameplay for a very long time.

Its might be easy to think about such a server, but many ppl tried to built exactly this server you are descibing.
You can take out elementals, jewels etc. but that doesnt guarantee a success.
LC Game is dying, safe time and money and dont start another server, its not worth.

Asgard is this exactly 
Idea's exist more as enough in this section, all have the same problem.
You can't build them

Nobody build the server I want to build, besides I have not described it yet. Sure LC is dying since a long time, but I am talking about a server nobody has seen before, keeping aesthetics, new content, changed content. It will be an improved version of LastChaos.

Actually it is buildable, it will be not too complicated for someone with knowledge.

All is buildable but you have the same problem as the most, you can't build it because no knowledege.
Tell us your concept if you want see it in action.

hopefully not another EP3/4 or above just like every other server right now which nobody wants to play and is salty.. hoping for a concept which keeps the old last chaos times and nostalgic feeling.. if theres is a chance the server will exist or so, please shout it out and do what you need to do

What do you think about server with high drop, exp, 95% of IM available in game
AND wipe each 2 weeks.
Been thinking about it recently, so i thought :
People got bored of servers when they manage to complete their eq goals. I Thought : why not doing it each 2 weeks? Also each 2 weeks will release patch which will contain some updates on items/new features/skill changes.
