System Menu -> Uninstall Last Chaos. Removes everything you requested and more ^_^

1) MySQL: UPDATE newproject_data.t_npc SET a_item_0=-1, a_item_1=-1, a_item_2=-1, a_item_3=-1, ...(finish with a_item_19) WHERE a_level = 97;
2) Unwanted zone: you can simply remove from GameServer/data/newStobm.bin
3) I assume NPS are NPC: MySql: UPDATE newproject_data.t_npc SET a_enable = 0 WHERE a_index = <index of the NPC you want to disable>;
4) Hard to understand what you mean with "fractions".. are you speaking about Alber factions?

I removed the dB area and data. Edited newStobm.bin - Gs eror -

Not a good idea to remove the zone data from DB; That result is hardcoded into source files, then you have to edit ShareLib and GameServer headers too.

It's simple: Gameserver makes a double check on t_zonedata searching the total amount of zones. If you want to remove the db data you have to change the MAX_ZONES value of ShareLib/Config.h

#define MAX_ZONES 41

Then you have to adjust newStobm.bin too and, if you want, remove the zone from db.
