Der Admin von LCKB fährt Achterbahn, mal down, mal online und immer andere Gründe, wieso das Forum down ist. Einmal wars, weil er keine geräucherte Salami im Geschäft bekommen hat...

Ist down, weil der Besitzer keine Lust hat Geld für die Miete zu geben.

Bevor hier noch mehr irgendwelche Behauptungen kommen was mit dem Forum ist, kurz und knapp aktuell ist es Down weil die Domain ausgelaufen ist ob oder wann es wiederkommt weiß aktuell nur ToXiC.

As I said months ago, LC development is deceased. It's just a waste to keep a board running because very little traffic will use it. It's just not worth the investment anymore. Boards like EPvP usually allow hot-linking of servers files and ongoing development (although not for LC, must of gotten DMCA'd). So unless R-Zone has something going for it, development is and will remain at a stand still. This is what happens when official source code leaks to the public, it destroys the community. If I had it, I would of never released it because of what it has done to LC development. Instead, people would still be here and on other sites talking about fixing the public EP1 files and the emulator projects would still be ongoing. I would of started up my own emulator project by now for EP1 and been nearing finish. It's just all of that is not worth while anymore because we have official source. Once you have that you need exactly nothing else. People all work for themselves now days and that's just how it is.

Considering the fact there shouldn't be more than 5 people in this community that are capable of working with C++ on the required level, you're clearly exaggerating.
Last Chaos is a dying game, mainly caused by the standstill of the offical servers (when did they raise the levelcap the last time, maybe 3 years ago?). Only now people are starting to publish "EP4" servers, with the source public for more than 1,5 years. There's a reason it took people that long and it's quite simple: Even then there wasn't really anybode besides a handful left to work on it.
People have and will always work for themselves, that's human nature.

It's a factor of the two. I'm pretty sure some of my older posts have touched base on the fact that the game itself is dying.

Warum sollte er gebannt werden?
Dein Post sagt schon aus das es von dir ist ohne das ich mir das Board ansehen muss.

Ich mein wer schreibt sonst so ne Promotion wie wenn es nen Server ist, bekommst sowieso keine Devs auf das Board.

Überall nur Newbies wo sich Unterhaltungen und Diskussionen sowieso nicht lohnen ...
