Yes, after i worked quite some time on the Cinema4D plugin and got stuck on something i couldn't fix i decided i would just let it be.
The plugin can open animations and save animations, but its not possible to change them because when clicking on the timeline it will crash C4D and i have no idea why.

So i just left it as it is and continued on my own animation editor as it was almost completely working.
Now the base is working, its possible to edit, save and create animations.
But it still needs a lot of work to be nice to work with, now it all still feels a little raw
