You are guys right, I'll remove this shadow from text. Because its looks really bad.
NS can be created only if you had 90lvl character on your account before, and he will start not at 90lvl but at 1lvl.
About maps, we will think in the future about change that.

Like you said, there are seals W/Y/G/B, P are just from crafting.
There is no 100% casting on server, we've made balance without that, and hope you all will enjoy this.
