Looking for good server

I'm looking some good server with a easy rate, where i can play without load cash and without spend 10 hours for day. Server with free cash every week or vote will be appreciated.
For vote i mean like revolution LC or Strategy LC where each vote you got 1000+ cash.

P.S Someone have the link for strategy lastchaos download? In their website there isn't. Thanks.
