LC EP3 Private Server Pet Quest Problem

Hello!

Yestarday, I built my own LC EP3 Server. It was quite easy and it seems to work fine...
I create character and I'm starting to play, im leveling, farming SP, all works...
When i found a Pan´s Flute or Drake Egg, as usually i got this massage:

I go to Lorraine, she´s shines, it seems she´s got some Quest for me:

But, i click on her and there is no Q available:

Where is the problem?
It´s only happend with this Q, other Lorraine´s quests works fine.
Should i change something in my server data base?

I´m sorry, but I do not understand what you wrote, if you can use other words, it seems to me that my English sucks.

Going back to topic...
I was looking for solutions on the internet and i found some topic on other forum(don´t know if i can post the URL), where the guy had the same problem. People told him to download Starter Pack by user Warmonger, and update his DB. I saw the topic with downlad´s url but it expired.
So, 2 questions:
Will it work and is it a good solution?
Does anyone have the URL for this pack?

Breakng News!
Today, I did get Pet Quest, but only for Ping Egg. Q doesn´t work for normal Pan´s Flute and normal Dragon Egg, but strange thing is that is work for Ping Egg, but not for Blue Pan´s Flute...
