How do I make a Last Chaos Private Server

I ALWAYS wanted my own Last Chaos Private Server, i don't really care if i have to use hamachi or not, I Just want to be the GM in the game and control everything, and i want to know how to make it a Public Server or Offline server give me both if you know or 1 of them, anything you know about how to make a Last Chaos Private Server Please Tell Me! I REALLY need a QUICK ANSWER! If you guys can, link me a video on how to do it, but please i want the video to be in English and please guys ONLY ENGLISH! Thanks Guys!

If you cant create it self so dont open a server because you cant fix bugs and cant create new content like new skills and all these things
