Monsters drop item from +10 to +13? and what is max+ and how to upgrade beyond that? what about b5eva seals? we need real cash to get it? all costumes in Cash NPC?all maps there? any custom content?

monsters dropps are +yes , 173 and 180 weapons you can dropp +0,+10,+22-+26, there are no costums in cash npc, no b5eva seals its ep1, there are mooraska and a map like "tarian" in belfist temple with 200 monsters dropps 173 and 180 weapon,
