Dude if i set change the fiels i cant turn off Skillhack ? If yes this makes non-sense.

What is this skillhack for ?
My suggestion of a skillhack is an instant-skill-hack but this would not be limited for only one class.
So what is the adventage gained by it ?

But the instant-skill-hack we know causes the same advantage: The char casts a skill without the animation.
So it would be only another way to get the same result.
