Can someone tell me the Brutal attack Cooldown ?
I can't edit it..

Does someone know how to give yourself a item or pimp a item with Revolution Engine 8.3?

you can't cooldown brutal or decrease it to 1 with UCE, only with editing PK but that's impossible for PS.

but you can cooldown berserk, value is 600000

Or change the exp % of the exp stone ^^
