like I just kill the mob my self and stuff comes to me inventroy automaticlly

Yes of cuz it's possible to autopick and even pick items out of your normal range using packets. But for that you would need a working packet sender/recver
ZeroTen released a good nooby friendly source code from what you can learn easily
