How I use Long Range hack?

I saw in the Sticky Threads in the "KalOnline Hacking - FAQ ! [Updated]" post that it possible to use Long Range hack in int servers. I am using the ArtMoney 7.33 UCE. Anyone can explain me how to use it or give me a guide for this? Even if the guide w'ont be for this specific UCE, I think I will understand and it will help a lot.
