jeah someone maked duel forcing in cop and they loose exp if they died in duel

Hello guys
My friend got really big problem on s2 , He got blocked because he got hacked geons. It is really not his fault, he make shop and leave it for night, when he came some items gone and he get geons. After some hours he got expelled and Perm blocked. He wrote C/S but they just Auto Reply that it is his fault that he get illegal geons :x
Can any1 give me correct phone number for GM's that can listen atleast him what to do ..... :o

hi
also ich ahb nen lvl 54 vaga der geblockt wurde permantent schon vor paar wochen weil er beide skills hatte also von commader und vaga und die haben geschrieben ich soll denne sagen wie das kommt sonst is der permanent geblocked. Also meine frage habt ihr nen tip der sozusagen nen geheihrezept wie ich denen bei bring das die den unblocken sollen?
