ya sure , if you going use a pk password to copy some useful stuffs from other servers so why should i spend 15~30 minutes for free to grow your server with stuffs that copied from others , so its paid service .

Yep Kal online addons selling ship is going down (due to release of Kal 2016 source), so our "developers" try to squeeze each penny from Kal community they can.
