Hi,
I am working on a pixelbot for easy tasks like auto hunting. I am trying to prepare the client to work well with my image recognition. I now have the following problem.
In the best case I want mobs to show on the screen as their hitbox in a certain color. By renaming \data\Monster\Clothes\Tex folder the mobs changing to color pink which is great already.
But the problem is that when mob dies it sinks to the ground and its color disappears after like 5 secs which is quite long. So the bot could not detect that this is actually a dead monster. My idea was to just delete the death animations. For this is wrote a little python script to move all those files in \data\Monster\Motion to another folder
This looks first like its working but then you can see that the hitbox doesnt disappear so after a while the bot gets stuck inside a wall of dead mobs ..lol
P.S. we assume that we dont have tab/autoattack (older engine) so detecting a dead mob is a problem.
Anybody got an idea of what im missing to do? Thanks in advance
Update1: My current solution is setting the animations of all monsters to their corresponding Idle animation. This works ok so far but still 1 sec delay of texture to disappear after monster death. If u wanna test it run this script in data\Monster\Motion\
