recently (2weeks ago) i bought a lvl 60 thief on hanin with ID PW PW2 EMAIL SN ID CARD
1, i changed PW AND PW2
2, i wrote a letter to GMs to change my EMAIL address and reset my SecretNumber and enclosed ID card infos, they made it so ID Card should work
3, old owner knows: LoginID and ID Card and ( old Secretnumber,pw,pw2,email )
My question is, can he get back his account? or make it block?
dont buy accounts :S
its not hard to hit lvl 60 .
mmaybe you can write sth that your PC got hacked and the person stole you some files(one of them a copy of "your" ID-card) and tell them that should not accept c/s messages from other accounts with the same ID-card

Okay guys here comes the funny part, when i bought this thief i bought a g62 golden dagger 9/9 leg and a despo g60 hood, and after a day i realised the account not safe.
BUT, yesterday i sold the dagger for 27kk (bought for 15), and didnt sold hood yet, so all money came back of those thief stuffs
but i wont play on that thief at all... so if anyone wanna buy let me know. i dont really feel like put my 200kk on it :S
