help with imperial itens

once time i used one dll d3dx9_29.dll and original was d3dx9_29_.dll but this dont work anymore, someone have something that works on int server?
this was for imperial, speed hack, ug, was to use on cmd.exe

sry for my non understand explanation ^^, but link something that works for make imperial weapon on int server pls, i've searched on forum and what i found dont worked.
