Requesting script/help d6 macro int

Hey i'm in need of some help preparing my d6 script macro for international, i was going to use ahk since i'm not fluent with c++ but i still am having trouble with it.
I want the bot to buff + bless my thief and then the thief lures to centre spins and hides just like in this vid
