1- what is the server specifications to make the game?
2- what is the best hosting server to up the game ?
3- i need a trusted server data files to make the game

1. It's not really requiring, depend on addons you want to use and player amount.
2. Check hetzner.de out. The cheapest should be totally fine for start.
3. Search for clean exe's files.
