Can you edit a weapon stats with cheat engine. On a Pserver I used cheat engine to edit speed works fine.
I did a search for the weapon attack power found that and did a edit got the attack power to change but just the number still hits the same.
Or is all this Server side. and I'm not trying to use this to trash a server but speed up my lvl
