Need help to unblock my Char

Hi, does anybody know someone who could help me to unblock my Char? I wrote allready so many c/s..... But there is no help.

It would help to unblock this Char for 1 day or few hours.

Noone is able to unblock an char. Well actually its possible but you gotta hack in to the inix servers and no hobby ,,hacker'' is able to do that
