There are some UCE's that work but hackshield will detect the CD

I think the CDs are server-sided and not detected by HS manipulating them is worthless. There are also other possibilities to manipulate client-side. Instead of CD try with a higher Attack-Range or increased character speed. I don't play on Bango and don't intend to but some features should be possible to be modified.
Learning by doing is the best way.
