Focus Shot Cd? Or Other?

in Weeds 1/2 Archers can do hack, i mean they doing focus shot very fast, like normal arrow. Can anyone say me what to do this?

they will add r11 today at 19:00 gmt+1 .. nwo they use r10 people use noor-l,custom dlls ,uces soo.. (but olmoust noobody use uces )
