Undefined files error

I get the error
Kalonline GBL

Undefined files are installed please reinstall program

I get it with almost every server, how do i fix it?

Hey Guys...I know the thread is old...
But i have the same problem..
Sorry for my bad english.. I live in germany and im 13
Its says me the same error..
I have windows vista 32 bit...
So what should i do?
