cooldown fixed?

hi i tried to cd hack like i do always.... but i dont find the right value... only 2 bytes value........ is cd fixed @ int ? answer pls=)

the values may have changed but that should be very easy to find

Or you need a new uce, ive had this in the past to uce not detected but didnt work anymore decently cause of update
