lol ... First can u use in which server ? and i can help u <<<<First to unlock the ip delete the client from ur computer and reupload it and will work >>> xD hf

To unblock ur IP u can delete the client from whole pc and redownload it again .. To unblock ur Acc Use ADA Hack to enter db access and unblock ur acc
