Get npc id via UCE

Hey.
How I can get npc ID via UCE? I need this npc id which I need to write if i want to send packet.
Atm i trying to get peddlerpub

I think you can not get npc id from UCE. You can use 0x34 its npc appear(thanks to stefan ). And you can use any npc not only that one.

You can only get the NPCID from 0x34 packet.
