Nö; kannst aber im Gegenzug auch nicht angreifen. Und das andere "Phänomen" wurde auch erklärt.
Ist aber durchaus nützlich als Assa.

Gibt es eigentlich ein Packet beispielsweise für Splashy..
Könnte man nicht Fishen und dann im D1 stehen und ein Packet senden und daraufhin Splashen?

Dürfte dir womöglich nicht viel bringen; im Grunde gibt's dafür 3 Varianten:
p1: Du machst keinen Schaden.
p2: Du machst Schaden, bekommst allerdings keine Drops und/oder wenig EP, da Angriff innerhalb der "Safe-Zone" (→ e.g. "Fischerinseln") stattfindet.
p3: Du machst Schaden, bekommst volle EP und reguläre Drops; picken tuste nun via Packets bzw. andere Spieler.
Probieren kannst es ja mal; wobei du natürlich logischerweise auch einen packet-sender für Int bräuchtest.

ich hab mir das splashy packet nicht genauer angeguckt...
splashy is ja kein skill, der mit coords arbeitet (wie zB storm), also nicht möglich?

Brauchst ja auch keine Coords; du stellst dich in den Spawn und splahst - von der Seite dürfte das kein Problem darstellen.
