u cannot anable dancehack + beheadhack on the same time ... and dancehack if u mean D1 not with animation works for all players around ... just type D1 and port to temp ... all dance ... port to tamp again ... all dance again^^ port as much as u want and everytime u port to temp all players around u are dancing ... if u keep staying in temp only the player which port to temp dance or players which run out of ur range and come in again

depends on which server you are trying it.
look, if you are trying to use it for the international servers (hanin,naraeha,bango) , it won't work.
If you are trying on a private server, try downloading .NET Framework 3.5.
If it doesn't work either, try to download c++.

After I downloaded c++ it worked for me the first time.
