[INT] No Cast time help

Good evening, i tried most tuts on this site about making no cd/no cast on int..
all i get back is like 20 adresses with value of 32..
i can change all to 0 but nothing happens.. im searching for the no cast for thunder storm..

hope there is anyone who can explain me a lot better then the tut without pics ^^ (using cheat engine btw)

well i kept searching until i had like +/- 10 values with 32, changed them to 0 and the no cast worked... however, i searched on the 180000 and not the 4000 value.. but if you change all 180's wich are 32, the cast time is gone.. just no cd doesnt work

storms are server sided quite some time (@int)

hmm ok.. well i managed to cast without cast time.. dunno if its because i changed the values or maybe because of the respone server but kal crashes after 10min or so.. no errors..

hmmm i dont get it where u found value 32 .. but still storms aint workin anymoarrrr
