Regarding the comments of police not getting involved..
perhaps with this attack nothing is directly 'destroyed', it does however disrupt the normal service of kalonline. It is kinda hard to know exactly what the kal policy is on this but there is this:

'The User must observe the terms in this User Agreement and the Law, and shall not damage the reputation of the Company or cause interference to the Services.'
'
So quite clearly they dont want this sort of thing happening.
Take another example though, Blizzard, they have been far more explicit in their policy:

You may not disrupt or assist in the disruption of (i) any computer used to support the Service (each a "Server"); or (ii) any other player's Game experience. ANY ATTEMPT BY YOU TO DISRUPT THE SERVICE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROGRAM MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. You agree that you will not violate any applicable law or regulation in connection with your use of the Program or the Service.'

Stating that such a distruption may be considered criminal. No need for ccf to get the police involved.

If they wanted to throw enough money at some lawyers then they could certainly pursue any service disruption.
