Question about Head Quests

No, im in third class of high-school. i need learn alot... in polish you have "Very important" Test at end of the term wich it's influence on my future. so i prefer to learn math etc, than how to make own dll etc... Better if any pro make it in 5 minuts than me in 5 hours... so please.

today they told me that I've a math test on friday..so hey everyone need to learn & stop to ***** <:
All you've to do:
1. Get NpcID(Recv)
2. "Activate" Npc(Send)
3. Buy Quest Scrolls(Recv(for iid etc../Send to buy item..)
4. Send Quest Scroll Use packet
5. goto 3
