i know Good Stats but iam afrraid as iam first time playing with Commander
on Global((INT)) so i will creat new Comma

So any One Can tell me good Stats((Build)) for him ??

use ur brain abit and think what kind of commi u want ,tanker or agi commi then it will be much easier to add 1 .
hope u got money for leech or some1 high lvl u know in game otherwise u won't get 70.
