First off, mixing hack doesnt work, but imp hack does, heres something that was copied and pasted to my desktop from a post here. Credits to whoever originally posted it.

- Put for example Medium Medicines and Small Medicines in your Inventory
- search for Value 48 in your Rev Engine !
- now put the Small Medicine on the Place where the Medium Medicine was (in your Inventory)
- go back to your Rev Engine , type in the Value 47 and press "Next Scan"
- now, there should only be one possible value 47.
- change this value to for example 895 --> look in your inventory and your medium or small meds should turn into a stone (I forget which meds) and repeat the process to turn the other meds into stones.
