i tried to cooldown the skill "Powerful Upward Slash" and i saw that in the
Compare 4, there was "plus weapon_speed 4600" so from what i understand
i need the 4600+the speed of my own sword so my question is how i find out
my sword's speed?

What i do is that i turn on no cooldown but when i use a skill (im a harlequin) like upper screwdriver, it says i have to wait 15 minutes to use it again.. Can someone tell me what i have done wrong?
