try stop virus scanner and reinstal the rootkit than try again it will work if you have avg scanner delete it than xD

Loaded it,

how to start my comp in safe mode? <_< i looked after in helper but i only found that i need to reboot my PC then hit F8 and choose the OS,i've choosen my OS and it goes next i cant change safe mode or somthing like that. ^^

With some computers if you press and hold a key as the computer is booting you will get a stuck key message. If this occurs, instead of pressing and holding the "F8 key", tap the "F8 key" continuously until you get the startup menu.

the -pl 100/200/500 is the number of processes to be shown ?
