hi.. i was playing in webadim server and there was drop talismans event and the GM was archer and he make Thunder Storm !!! so can i make Thunder storm ?!! and i dont have 2 be mage ?!

I would say he added it to his character over the database...

that is nothing special ...

no you cant do storms except you asks him to make the same settings on your char

archers cant make mage skill
also u CANT add other char skills to wrong char in DB or u get engine.exe :P

i told SKILL not effect
if he changed effect he didnt USED storm
he used other skill with storm effect
and i doubt he can do it
only few people can do it...
kal private server isnt hard to do stuff at all :P
when i did my repack no one had the stuff i had on my repack... then all started to take my stuff
