Ist nur für Storms gefixt und auch nur dessen CD; nicht etwa die Casting-Zeit - reicht aber vollkommen aus.

i have a problem with the cooldown. i did everything right and perfect but when i type the compare 4 number in, nothing comes up. it works with the casting time of the storms but not cooldown. what is wrong? please help

*If a server such as UnityXtreme were to change the Elastic Shield cooldown from 1,800,000 to something different like 1,785,394 - to prevent cooldown hackers. *How is it possible to find the new cooldown? (1,785,394)
