Hello, you can't skill storm if you change your level with CE
just get the level and skill it..
you just can upgrade skills means
splashy need level 40 so you make level 50 and got it on g2 or smth.
if you know what i mean.

why are my mage hermit lvl 65 there and can get storms pleaese anwsr me
are there a normal lvl i can get storms like i lvl 80 and make lvl 255
i get storms or waht just anwsr me (i♥Blader)

If they set the lvl req. to lv80 to learn the skill, then u cant skill it...
Only if they changed the upgrade level req. you can fake it...
