That tool is mostly for shiny party.
I used it on official kalonline about 2 years ago to have my own party at HL spot.
I could heal my general and asc, use FOD and PD, reshine mob, attack, use meditation, use bless on my MA and rebuff entire party.
Bought it for 20€ back in the days and never used it to lure, so not sure if it have that function in it.
Since it's cracked version you can view raw programming code from that tool and figure it out.
Official kal already blocked it, but private servers won't block it any time soon since all admins of those p-servers are way too dumb.
