Ofcourse. Who gives a **** about trees who fall for no reason?
You're just ****** off cuz DD wrote a complaint about you (HE WAS 100% RIGHT with the complaint), but you cant take the truth so keep caling friends like aimless_angel to support your no based on nothing.
Life is not fair -- get used to it!

Let me analyze this with a big dose of reality in it because I'm trying to get sense from your post for almost 30 minutes but with not much success, let's analyze..
If a tree falls - That stands for if I say something that deserves a penalty measure
in a forest - In this case replace the word forest with Forum, more accurately this forum.
and nobody is around to hear it, does that mean it never happened? - What you meant to say here is if I did done something wrong worth an infraction, judging from your sentence you are saying as stated above (and nobody is around to hear it), you're indicating that my offensive acts did not get punished (But they did so your sentence really makes no sense at all)
I'd be glad to continue the discussion but through PM or Visitors Messages, because I'm really curious primarily regarding this sentence with absolutely no point in it as well as if you still have a problem.
(I do not have even a piece of ANGER or Jealousy because you or anybody else said no, regardless of the answer I accept and respect anything as long as we both stay REAL)

hmm well I say yes he is a an appropriate person for the job, sure in past he made some mistakes probably some of the infractions I gave him when I was moderator if I remember. If he forgives me :P?
Well he was a moderator on the old eSRO forums quite some time ago and did a good job managed to keep 1000 members or so under control and communicated well. The type of a moderator that should be looked for is not just someone who just waits for reports, but is constantly active doing more than asked, DoubleD does that.
Like people say NOW IS NOW, people can change and should always be given a second chance or at least a trial. If you are that concerned perhaps test him as a Forum Guardian first.
so yes.

i also vote for a YES!
D's a good guy and also petty smart.
He surely did have some weird and pathetic behaviours some time ago... but be honest.. almost everyone started like this over here!
should he just create a new account and get a new name? if he does it, he surely will get the mod position.. same guy, different "past" that's still eating your thoughts!
besides that.... how many infractions did he really deserve?? i mean take a look at the current system here over epvpers.. there are "mofos" telling ME to get drunk and to beat up my child and my wife, and don't even get an infraction for that.. I just go onti his profile and write him a PM containing "you're an idiot, you're pathetic and i hate ya. go outta my way!" and i get an infraction for insultig..
this is the ways it should be right global supreme ultra powerful *** MODS? ^^
quit the bull guys.. this infraction system may have some kind of use... but it's not being used as it should be..
"D has past infractions" so what? past.. what are infractions for? to learn from the mistakes...
so where is the problem?
you should stop infracting and start banning right the way cuz as soon as someone gets a stupid infraction, his reputation will be dead for ever.. so better create a new identity to ensure the future sucess..
give him the mod position.. as a trial..or whatever.. i'm pretty sure he'll do more then fine!
