Well, I don't find that toxic at all. Some dude simply lies and in case you are not usual with the section or the people who are active there, we kinda tend to have some "fun" behavior from time to time to keep the posts interesting. I didn't insult him nor disrespect him in anyway or another. If you expect every post done by a candidate to be something formal then sorry "I" don't think it works that way. Moderators are users whose role is to keep a section clean from abuses/violations. I don't have to pretend to be "all nice" with a user who -from my opinion- obviously lied to the readers. I pointed out that with a little bit of sarcasm maybe? I can't see that this is wrong. Even current moderators usually if not always use the same tone in some of their posts when something similar is the case. And again, If I was to become a moderator just don't expect me to pretend to be a bot whose job is to clean the section and that's all. I still get to express my opinions on discussions that I like, you know, there's no rules against that, are there?

So don't call it "no reason" he was just lying which I find is the same as fooling whoever is reading so I just clarified some points.

Well, that is true. I am not anywhere near my regular activity at this moment due to important exams coming up but I also know for a fact this this will change very soon.

I am fully aware of that and the reason I reopened the application is perhaps to give some time for community feedback until my activity is back.

However, I'd like to clarify that before my activity decreased, I was continuously reporting on a daily basis. I had @ review my report count and I think it was okay. I am only saying this to give a better understanding of the situation not to argue about my current activity being acceptable as a moderator candidate. I completely understand that it's not.

Well, don't reopen your application when u got like exams and have no time, you should be active at the time you apply as a mod.

Well since Silkroad has 3 moderators at the moment. I thought (I may be wrong) that it will take some time until a decision is made. By that time, I will have returned to my reporting activity if that's all what matters to becoming a moderator? However, I wanted to give some more time for the community to give feedback based on perhaps my character and overall behavior. Since you know only moderators can know whether I am actively reporting or not and it's not what the community excluding the staff base their opinions upon. I only mentioned that I was reporting just to give the staff a better view of the situation so they don't think I am applying while not planning to contribute or report. This is a temporary situation and it will change. If this seems inappropriate or if I perhaps misjudged the situation then I hereby ask @ to close the application until June (that's when I am sure I will be reporting again).

Feel free to have your application open on any given time. When we are chosing new moderators, we do have quite a big focus on activity which might not see you in the inner circle currently. Once that changes, you might be.
