Why do you want to be Moderator?
To help out, and I have allot of free time, so I thought I could help plus Jonhs recommended me sense he doesn't have the time.

Do you have enough time to visit the board averaged two days and to take an interest in the forum?
yes, I have more than plenty of time to visit the forums, I am currently visiting the forums every day already.

Did you took part here before you sent your application?
To be honest, I have only made 2 post's here at ElitePvpers, but I am from ********, and have bean a long time member there now going on 5 years, but I am willing to help as much as I can, and if I don't know an answer I have many friends to talk to for help like jonhs22.

Do you have a lot of patience with questions which you think that they are very stupid?
Yes, I am very patient person, and I will answer as to the best of my knowledge on the question that is being asked.

Can you act good in general with other human beings?
I believe that I can, I don't act like a noob when if you get mad and flame war someone over something that can be meaningless.

Did you ever operate as an moderator before?
yes, currently I have bean a mod 8 times and if I get this one it would be my 9th time.

Does Anyone on Epvp hate you?
No, not that I know of.

How much release can u release per week?
as much as is needed, just tell me what I need to do and ill do it.

If you became a Mod will u be active and use the rules?
Of course, you have to follow the rules, and you better be active as much as possible.

If you said that i fail cuz i am new to epvp?
No, I don't think that you fail cuz your are new to epvp'ers, you just need to have some guidance, and some one to teach you no one has the right to tell you that you fail cause you don't know how to do something.

well first of all this application almost looks like a joke to me but just to be fair I´ll write a well-structured comment here too.

1) The application itself
This application is one of the worst I´ve ever seen here due to several reasons. First comes the answer to the first question. Ah well you want to help out and you have a lot of freetime? Great, and with that you think you are appropriate for the job? The answer is no. And jhons22 recommended you? He has only 4 posts as well so let´s ignore this. The the answer to question #2. You are from ********. In my opinion this does not mean anything here since we do not know what you are doing there and we dont want to. Now (and I still let some other things out) there is the answer to your last question. It is just copied from Mr. DeathnoteEO. Also the language you use is not quite adequate for an application.

2) Activity and other statistics
Well it´s more than obvious that you are just not active. 3 posts within 8 months is indeed not adequate for a moderators position. The fact that you are from ******** does not change anything on that. And of course you do not have recieved one thanks but thats just natural and a comment on that is not neccessary.

I could continue now but now I´m afraid that I´ll sit here and write for hours and hours but if you want to I will do it, definately.

Conclusion
A short and direct conclusion: I say no because of the reasons mentioned above. Try it again when you have shown that you were helpful and active.

I just like to say one thing whats the difference between 1million post then 3 post? So what its 3 post just because he has 3 post shouldn't matter at all , in a way is called racism towards people who don't post much . And you would rather have some dude who spams all the forums over 1k post or more to be mod ? That's what confuses me what does having loads of post have to do with applying to be mod it shouldn't matter if he has 1 post or 1 million post at all , because of the simple fact you may never know he might have a main account but he does not want to use it for mod ever think of that.

P.S. Just wanted to say to all the mods and Admins , If you notice Xrusty has replied 2 both people who applied for EO Forum. The way i am seeing it he will Deni all that apply for EO forum , This is not flaming or trying to start anything just open your eyes and looks its clear as day to see what hes doing .

I said "no" because his joining date ist April 2008 and only have 3 posts. A pre-mod should be more active.
It's okay that he/she wrote an application, but beeing a mod is more than knowing a game well.

Just dont bring up Xrusty any more, this isn't good for you and for him.

The postcount (and the content of these posts) is important for the administrator to see what kind of person the applicant is. How else should he be able to decide? Of course its neither good if he´d have 1000 spam posts and I would mention that too. Usually members here do not trust people with a low postcount when they release something etc. so why should they trust a mod with such a low postcount? Such a mod is useless.

can i make a reasonable suggestion for the mods. And no this isnt flaming anyone. Instead of the applicants guessing what you are looking for could you tell us exactly what you are looking for down to the smallest detail. Doing this would clear up any confusion as well as deteer those who are not qualified from applying. Also makes it easier on you all when reviewing the applications.

Also i feel to keep it completely unbiased Xrusty, nor should any of the people that were involed in the dispute should be involved. Yes it may not sound fair to the members but there is logic behind it. As it looks right now Xrusty is just being biased, since so far everyone that has applied were part of the people aginst him. (i aint saying this is true i am just saying how it looks). To keep it completely fair. Why not have the people applying just e-mail one of the mods with thier application. The mod inturn can distribute it to the other mods and they can discuss it. then private message the person back with thier acceptance or denial. Doing it this way also lets the person who applied keep face and not to be made to look like a fool. Doing this also is a way to advoid flaming and more **** being started.

Just my two cents in the whole matter, and how to make it a little more peacefull for you all
