Moderator Application [Mabinogi] Repost

Maybe now that I have 300 posts you guys will actually read this and understand how in dire need this forum needs a mod I can't keep flamers under control alone and we need one period end of story.

What is the reason you decided to apply?
I am deciding to apply because we seriously need a moderator. I am here constantly watching spam and people ignore the rules of the Mabinogi forum. I have also been on this forum a long time for Mabinogi. We have no moderator and even though I constantly report all the spam in there nothing happens aka no support from global mods. Even people flaming there nothing ever happens to clean it up. There are spam topics that need locked and dealt with. People keep ignorantly posting in topics really old and also keep posting topics in places that have a check box saying do not post here in less its about such and such. I am 17 I am in a online school so I constantly can watch the forums as I do my homework. I always try being helpful and be nice. I think if I'm moderator I can at least take care of the forum and get people there back to following rules. I am always trying to help people there I keep asking nicely for people not to fight but it is just not enough to get it to stop. I may only have 301 posts but I'm going to gain more as I continue to help people. Being a mod would actually make it much easier for me to help everyone.

Experience with the subject:
I have played this game sense generation 3 that is over 3 years sense 2008. I have extensive knowledge on the mods for the sub forum and I can tell the difference between fake spam and real releases. I can answer questions with my extensive knowledge and help those with proper questions that is not spam. Aka like the beans post there

Are you mentally prepared and fitting for such a position?:
I think of myself as ok I wouldn't think of myself as some sort of supreme being above others if I got this position just as I don't think poorly of myself either even if I'm denied this position I tried that is what counts. Even if questions are stupid they can be respectfully answered without being flamed and if it is a question and not spam then it would be fine to be answered.


I would love for you guys to accept me as moderator but what I truly want is to just help the mabinogi forum someone needs to become moderator of that forum no one else is really stepping up sense alwaho backed down. I wish for the best on there and hope things return to normal. Thanks for your consideration.

I know the minimum of 300 posts is required to apply as a moderator, but it doesn't mean that your chances are very good then. Your Postcount is very close to that minimum and your thankscount is nearly zero.
Your application is really short and you made these 300 posts in 4 years.
That's definitely a "no" from my side.

Your application is very short, have a look at other ones and compare the sizes please. It's not necessary if your content is written in a compact and still informative way, but this application deserves more love.

Try to get a position in this section and apply in maybe 1 year again. Your chances to get picked will increase a lot.

Both instances are of bad days as to which I should apologize to the community for because I should not take it out on them. The second one was most definitely un-acceptable and if everyone wants to deny me for that I understand. The reason I was in a bad mood is because someone released something that truly did screw up our game for everyone but it truly didn't justify me saying that. I have maybe 2 instances of rage as to which I shouldn't of said anything. I guess I'll try to get someone else to run for moderator or bug the global moderators in till they finally send someone there to fix everything I report in against the rules. But again my helpful posts out weigh the negative or at least I'd hope. I always try to show respect and hope for respect back that is how I was raised. Also here you tell me if your playing a game and someone releases something that robs innocent people of there long earned items gear and time in a game how would you feel if that happened to you? I'm sorry my rage got to me but in my opinion it was un-acceptable for someone to be so cruel to everybody and ruin many peoples characters.

Ok so for 2 and a half+ years I was not here because of my laptop being broke how can I atone for that? Post count should not matter here it is the knowledge and how someone trys to help the community.

I'm sorry but I was told long applications get looked over and basically I treated this like a job application my teacher told me if it was to long the employer would easily get bored and dismiss its importance. Also my thanks count has to do with people not wanting to click the button. A lot of people in that section doesn't hand out thanks they take then walk away.

Like the moderator said, dont judge by its post count's. Its not about that if he/she has a lots of post count's he/she can be a mod right away. Even a low post counts can be .. But he/she must be perfectly active (online's everyday).
